Quick guide how to use Komfovent Customer Portal (In beta mode):
Guide is made of two parts:
- Registration (for new - first time users);
- Basic functionality (accessing, filtering your current tickets);
1) Click button "Login":
2) In next window click button "Register":
3) Fill required fields:
- Username (email) - your email from which you write emails to us.
- Name - Your full Name and Last Name
After filling fields - click button "Register"
4) In about 5 minutes period you should receive registration confirmation email to your mailbox.
5) In newly opened window, set up your password and click "Login"
6) To use Customer portal in your preferred langue - you should go to original site - http://service.komfovent.com/
Otherwise you will see all button names in Lithuanian
1) To access basic functions you should log in to customer portal:
2) After filling login details click button "Login"
3) After log in click button "My tickets"
3) In "My tickets" view you can see all your existing tickets:
In this view you can see all your existing tickets, see their status, after clicking on needed ticket, you can read all conversation history, or leave message for us in exact ticket.
In this view you can read whole ticket conversation history, or leave message for this topic, change ticket status (if you managed to solve problem by your own), also we would be more than grateful for your opinion - how we managed to help you!
